Susan has a wide range of power that do effect other people in a general way. They have been limited for Facility:
  • All abilities are nerfed to 25%.
  • Susan has no weapons. She may summon her grandfather's sword, but it will function as a normal scythe outside of F3 locations.Within F3, the scythe will be unable to sever other characters from their souls or cut through the walls of the outer dome.
  • She may not manipulate time outside of F3 locations. Time manipulation inside F3 is limited to a 15 foot radius.
  • She may walk through walls at will, but she cannot pass through the outer walls of the station/domes, nor may she pass between thelevels of the main station.
  • "Forethought" concerning game events requires mun permission.
  • Hyper-awareness/language perception involving other characters requires mun permission.
  • Matter manipulation is limited to the creation of mundane objects unless mod permission is given.
Further things:

I will check absolutely everything to do with Susan's powers before I do anything with them with mun's as I tag, but this is just my sort of run of the mill things that might be useful for reference to speed things up sometimes:

Susan's strongest asset is her mind, it's the bit which defines her as only mostly human (and her power to stop time). At Fac she's not as perceptive, something which throws her off badly, though if you like she's able to sense what a person is, completely human, magical, whatever, the Disc doesn't have science like Earth does, so she may not know what to make of anything fully robotic, just that it feels off. It will be noticeable to her when she goes full power, because it will be a rush of awareness for her. It's a-okay for her not to sense what someone is if you don't want her too.

For invisibility it's more a state of mind then a actual spell. It's stated in the books that those who are aware of her and are used to such things can see her when she's not actively trying not be to seen (as she will sometimes change her state of mind by accident/habit), so it's completely reasonable for others to see her when she's not concentrating very hard on being invisible -- which happens in the books -- and they are concentrating very hard on her. Including regular humans. Also if someone has a magical ability / is magical themselves that enables them, it's fine for them to see her even if she is concentrating on not being seen.

Her sword. For F3 Locations: Death's sword is a magical item, and can cut through anything, including armour and other weapons. Other magical weapons should be able to counter it easily. But blows landed on an opponent tend to be on the major side, but they can be dodged. Outside of F3: It's just a normal sword, but she never needs to look after it as it never dulls. She's a above average swords-woman, very quick on her feet and all the rest, because it's Death's knowledge passed on to her. Also anyone else that picks up the blade: for all of it's size and look, it's very very light. 

If you want Susan to appear somewhere, there doesn't always need to be a reason, sometimes she will just know it's where she has to be, given her "forethought". This will have to be something organised before hand, obviously, and she can just find people as she needs them. This has to do with with the sensing ability, so it's limited even more then it usually is. So it won't be a common habit, except in black collar situations.

Time Freezing within those fifteen feet, she can chose what she freezes, it can be everything but herself, or only certain people. She and whoever else is unfrozen can move around within that frozen space, effectively dodging attacks and so forth.
